We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, and document control across a large-scale industrial project. The role involves building and managing a project controls team, coordinating with engineering and construction partners, and delivering high-quality reporting and analysis to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project controls activities across disciplines
• Develop and implement project controls systems and procedures
• Produce performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with budget, schedule, and contract requirements
• Promote continuous improvement and quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and technical teams

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in large-scale capital industrial projects
• Background in both owner and contractor environments preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
