Description:
We are hiring a full-time Junior Project Manager to help organize, document, and systemize operations for a growing roofing company. This role focuses on creating structure where there currently isn’t one — documenting processes, managing tools like HubSpot and CompanyCam, and keeping projects, contracts, and forms organized. The right candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and comfortable learning new systems quickly, then turning what they learn into clear, repeatable processes.
Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.Hours: 9am–5pm CST (flexible)
Salary: $1,400/mo
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn company processes end-to-end, document them clearly, and create SOPs for each step
- Create an SOP for HubSpot, including documenting cold calls, setting follow-ups, and tracking contracts
- Create and monitor a standardized process for office staff to register the business with different counties.
- Manage digital filing systems, ensuring contracts, forms, and business registrations are properly stored and accessible
- Support project tracking and task coordination between sales reps and leadership
- Create employee training for the use of CompanyCam, a software that records measurements, notes, and geotagged photos
- Double-check project details for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards
- Create and refine process documentation for tools like HubSpot and CompanyCam so new team members can onboard easily
- Assist in organizing data and reports for management to track project progress and business operations
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRMs or project management tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Comfortable learning software and documenting processes for others to follow
- Proactive, reliable, and confident managing multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet
Nice to Have:
- Background in blue-collar industries such as roofing, construction, or field services
- Experience with CompanyCam or similar project photo documentation tools
