Job Title: Network Engineer (Cisco DNAc & ISE)
Start Date: 20th October 2025
Location: Central London, Onsite
Day Rate: £400 per day, Inside IR35
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (excluding public holidays)
Role Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Network Engineer to join our London based customer on an initial 6 month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cisco technologies to support and maintain the enterprise network environment. This role will focus primarily on Cisco LAN-based products, including Cisco DNA Center (DNAc), Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and Cisco Catalyst switching platforms.
The successful candidate will provide operational support, contribute to design activities when required, and be open to assisting with wider networking projects and related tasks as directed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the Cisco LAN infrastructure, including DNAc, ISE, and Catalyst networking products.
- Provide operational and Network expertise, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Assist with elements of design, ensuring alignment with best practices and business needs.
- Support networking tasks/projects as required, managed and scheduled in advance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth network operations.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience with Cisco enterprise networking solutions.
- Accredited Cisco certifications: CCNA or CCNP (DNAc & ISE preferably).
- Strong operational knowledge of Cisco Catalyst switching platforms.
- Firewall and WAN knowledge advantageous (agnostic on vendor experience).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider infrastructure team.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
