UI/UX Designer

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design seamless, intuitive, and impactful user experiences.
• Translate user research insights into actionable design recommendations and visual concepts.
• Design and iterate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI deliverables for digital products.
• Ensure design consistency and alignment with product goals and user needs.
• Apply data-driven insights and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring scalability and accessibility.
• Work closely with engineering teams to support implementation and ensure design quality across platforms.
• Advocate for user experience best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to cross-functional design discussions.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, Experience Designer, or similar role within digital product teams.
• Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end user experiences, from research and ideation to testing and implementation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, visual design, and usability.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and designing for diverse user groups.
• Familiarity with frontend development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile or Lean UX environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
