YOUR TEAM

You will be working aside a leader who shares a passion for fashion and a vision that has an “outside of the box” approach. The atmosphere in the workplace is informal, yet we work hard together to achieve our common goal: to take the success of BESTSELLER to an even higher level.

YOUR ROLE

• Conducting competency-based interviews and ensuring the best candidate experience throughout the store hiring process,
• Organizing interviews, delivering offers, and planning the onboarding process,
• Supporting the preparation of weekly report,
• Conducting store exit interviews,
• Actively participating in all employer branding projects and events,
• Providing support for training activities,
• Supporting digitalization and document processes,
• Supporting other processes within the People & Culture department.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business, Labor Economics, etc. degrees preferred)
• Solution oriented and highly motivated,
• Strong communication skills,
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills,
• Proficiency in English,
• Familiar with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
