We are looking for a Head of Digital Innovation and Process Management who will be responsible for transforming and digitalizing the company’s operational processes, as well as for implementing the latest digital innovations and technological solutions. This is a strategic position designed to ensure the highest operational efficiency in a rapidly growing organization.
Develop and implement the company’s digital transformation vision;
Identify opportunities to improve business process efficiency and drive digitalization across production, logistics, procurement, HR, customer service, and finance;
Ensure digital solutions (ERP, CRM, BI, etc.) effectively support business objectives;
Coordinate process changes across departments, ensuring smooth integration and collaboration;
Design and implement analytics, data management, and reporting solutions to enable strategic decision-making;
Manage innovation implementation projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and budget;
Lead a small team, fostering continuous development and exploration of innovative solutions;
Ensure cybersecurity and protection of internal information.
Higher education in IT, management, economics, or a related field;
At least 5 years of experience in process transformation, IT projects, or business systems implementation;
Experience in managing, integrating, and implementing ERP/CRM/MS family applications;
Experience with data analytics and BI tools (Power BI, SQL, whiteboard development);
Project management skills;
Ability to analyze and improve processes using LEAN or similar methodologies;
Strategic thinking – seeing IT and innovation as drivers of business growth;
Experience in team building and leadership;
Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management skills;
Result-oriented, responsible, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
