Responsibilities

• Lead user research and usability testing with defense operators.
• Translate mission requirements into intuitive wireframes and prototypes.
• Design real-time interfaces that perform under pressure.
• Build scalable Figma systems with consistent visuals and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on scope, roadmap, and MVPs.
• Advocate for an operator-first approach in every design decision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HCI, Product Design, or Human Factors.
• Experience in UX for complex, data-driven systems (defense, aerospace, trading, or healthcare).
• Expert in Figma and design systems; familiar with geospatial UI and accessibility.
• Clear thinker, empathetic problem-solver, and calm under complexity.
