Responsibilities
- Lead user research and usability testing with defense operators.
- Translate mission requirements into intuitive wireframes and prototypes.
- Design real-time interfaces that perform under pressure.
- Build scalable Figma systems with consistent visuals and accessibility.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on scope, roadmap, and MVPs.
- Advocate for an operator-first approach in every design decision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HCI, Product Design, or Human Factors.
- Experience in UX for complex, data-driven systems (defense, aerospace, trading, or healthcare).
- Expert in Figma and design systems; familiar with geospatial UI and accessibility.
- Clear thinker, empathetic problem-solver, and calm under complexity.
