Product Manager - Medtech (80 - 100 %)

Our client is a leading Medical Technology company in Switzerland. It is headquartered in Central Switzerland and has a global network of production sites, subsidiaries and sales partners. We are looking for a Product Manager for a permanent role to be based in Central Switzerland area.

Product Manager 80 - 100 %

Main Responsibilities:

• Building the interface between customers and different internal stakeholders (e.g. R&D, regulatory affairs, technical support, marketing, sales etc.)
• Responsible for designing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well for managing the complete life cycle of the allocated products
• Understanding customer needs and turning them into technical requirements
• Evaluating clinical data and networking as long as defining product value propositions, positioning, and targeting
• As a competent point of contact, advise and support different stakeholders in all use-related topics arising for our medical devices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Completed a biomedical degree or have a comparable qualification with corresponding additional qualifications
• Knowledge in the fields of commercialization of a product, marketing acumen and regulatory requirements for medical devices (MDR, harmonized and ISO standards, etc.), and a multidisciplinary working environment
• Result oriented and characterized by a high degree of organizational talent
• Ability to work in a team, willingness to take on initiative and a high motivation to improve and promote the medical devices
• Additional knowledge in, and practical experience with respiratory therapy, and/or intensive care is highly preferred
• Fluency in English while German is an advantage
• Proficient in MS-Office
• Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%)
