About our client:

Your role:
- Actively contribute to the development, delivery, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and automation processes
- Collaborate closely on projects, provide technical concepts, and support the implementation of new solutions
- Support clients from design to commissioning, ensuring highly available and scalable operations
- Handle 2nd and 3rd level support requests independently, analyze incidents, and document them in the ticket system
- Participate in on-call rotations to guarantee stable system operations
- Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge transfer within the team
Your profile:
- Completed IT training or degree with several years of professional experience, ideally in complex infrastructure or platform projects
- Strong practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure) to optimize development and operational processes
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., GitLab, GitHub, Helm, ArgoCD) and ability to support teams in pipeline development
- Expertise in Linux environments and routine use of automation and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- Structured, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
