About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our analytics and AI team. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven techniques, statistical analysis, and machine learning to extract actionable insights,
build predictive models, and support strategic decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful data solutions that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that influence business strategy.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and predictive models using Python, R, or similar tools.
- Apply statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data visualization to support business goals.
- Build data pipelines and collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data processing.
- Perform feature engineering, model training, validation, and performance optimization.
- Communicate results through dashboards, reports, and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with new developments in AI/ML, data science frameworks, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with software teams to integrate models into production systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2–10 years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, regression, classification, clustering, and time-series analysis.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data and ML workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
