A leading multinational company is seeking a highly qualified professional for a HR role in Istambul, Turkey.
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Specialist to join our team at Istambul. The ideal candidate will have experience in blue-collar recruitment and onboarding, strong knowledge of Turkish labor law, and the ability to manage essential HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for operational staff.
- Coordinate personnel documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Handle payroll inputs, absenteeism, leave tracking, and related administrative tasks.
- Support employee relations and act as a liaison between staff and management.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and HRIS updates.
- Collaborate with external service providers as needed (e.g., health and safety, training).
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures on site.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in operational environments.
- Solid knowledge of Turkish labor legislation and social security regulations.
- Experience with blue-collar recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently on site.
- Intermediate English.
Location:
This position is based full-time at Istambul Airport.
