Product Designer

At Onetree, we’re expanding our Design Team and looking for a Product Designer with a strong focus on UX Research — someone who loves understanding users, uncovering insights, and turning them into meaningful product experiences.

You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to define problems, validate ideas, and design human-centered solutions that generate real impact for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support discovery processes, including user interviews, usability tests, and competitive research.
• Plan, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies, transforming findings into actionable design decisions.
• Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and interfaces that reflect research insights.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Communicate research outcomes and design rationales in a clear and visual way.
• Contribute to the evolution of our Design System and continuous improvement of design processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles.
• Proven experience conducting UX Research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.).
• Strong skills in Figma, Miro, Notion, Maze, Dovetail, or similar tools.
• Ability to create and iterate on prototypes for validation and testing.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken).

• Experience facilitating workshops or co-creation sessions.
• Interest in AI-assisted design and emerging technologies.
