Responsibilities:

• Track daily progress of Contractor/consultant construction works and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and update project progress reports and submit follow-up logs to the Project Manager.
• Monitor material delivery schedules and follow up with procurement and suppliers to avoid site delays.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and project standards.
• Assist in site inspections and ensure all completed works are in line with approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with client representatives and consultants for updates, clarifications, and progress validation.
• Support the project team in documentation, approvals, and handover processes.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction, preferably in building, infrastructure, airport projects.
• Proven experience in project coordination, follow-up, and documentation within large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project planning.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., Primavera or MS Project).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Key Skill - Project monitoring and follow-up, Technical understanding of construction works.
