We are seeking a skilled and innovative Blockchain Developer to join our technology team in Switzerland.

In this role, you will design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and decentralized blockchain solutions. You will work closely with product managers, backend developers, and security teams to deliver blockchain applications, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technologies that drive business innovation.

The ideal candidate has strong blockchain technical expertise, experience with smart contracts, and a passion for cutting-edge decentralized technologies.

• Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based applications and smart contracts.
• Write, test, and maintain secure, efficient, and reliable smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or other relevant languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions with existing backend and front-end systems.
• Implement tokenization, digital asset management, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of blockchain networks and applications.
• Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic protocols.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize blockchain solutions for real-world production environments.
• Work with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain nodes, networks, and distributed infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in blockchain development, smart contracts, or distributed ledger technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Solidity, Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polkadot, or other blockchain frameworks.
• Understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and decentralized networks.
• Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or blockchain SDKs.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; German or French is an advantage.
