In this role, you will

• Develop and deliver new features for our innovative products across AI, GovTech, Logistics, and R&D domains
• Build and maintain scalable microservices using the Symfony framework
• Design and work with GraphQL APIs for efficient data handling
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical strategy, and the product roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - data scientists, UX designers, and business analysts - to create impactful solutions
• Participate in AI- and data-driven solution design, applying modern technologies to real-world challenges
• Optimize system performance and database efficiency for reliability and scalability
• Engage in R&D initiatives and explore emerging technologies to drive innovation
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth, automated deployments
• Grow your technical leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills in an innovative, supportive environment

What you will bring

• 4+ years of professional experience in PHP with the Symfony framework
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of Docker and containerization principles
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
• Experience using message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ)
• Ability to problem-solve effectively and deliver technical solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English

We consider the following experience as an advantage

• Experience working with GraphQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab CI
