UX Designer

2x Contract Roles – Outside IR35 – Fully Remote

💰 £400–£475 per day

We’re looking for two experienced UX Designers to join a fast-moving digital project, helping design a brand-new system and feature from the ground up.

You’ll collaborate closely with product and development teams to deliver exceptional, user-centred experiences in a greenfield environment.

This is a fully remote, Outside IR35 opportunity for designers who can hit the ground running and make an impact quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine user journeys.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Maintain a consistent design language and cohesive UX across all features.
• Deliver high-quality outputs at pace within short project timelines.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer (3+ years)
• Strong Figma skills – prototyping, design systems, collaboration
• Experience designing complex web applications or SaaS products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines

Desirable:

• Exposure to UI or motion design
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability testing
