DevOps Engineer

Clarvo is currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer position based in Helsinki. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a hybrid working model. Professional proficiency in either English or Finnish is required for this position.

The Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's CI/CD pipelines. Your day-to-day tasks will involve automating infrastructure provisioning, managing Kubernetes clusters, and monitoring system performance to ensure reliability and scalability. You will work closely with development teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient software development lifecycle. This role also involves troubleshooting production issues and implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven professional experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
• Strong practical knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools, especially Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, with Terraform being highly valued.
• A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
