Product Experience Design Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Product Experience Design Manager to join a global technology team driving next-generation business solutions for small and medium enterprises.

You’ll play a key role in shaping product experiences through data-driven design, innovation, and collaboration with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers. If you’re passionate about design systems, love working in Figma, and thrive in creating scalable, user-centric solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Design and iterate world-class user experiences across multiple digital products.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure designs meet both user needs and business goals.
• Apply human-centred design principles to create innovative, intuitive solutions.
• Drive efficiency and consistency using atomic design principles.

What you’ll bring:

• 6+ years of UX/UI experience across B2B or B2B2C products.
• Mastery of Figma and deep understanding of design systems.
• Strong UX and interaction design expertise with an eye for detail and quality.
• Experience with tokens/themes, component properties, and prototyping.
