Senior AI Solutions Engineer - Multilingual AI Agents

We've partnered with a heavily-backed AI start-up, fresh off the back of a massive round of fundraising. They're looking to build a brand-new team in Dubai - we're looking to hire exceptional AI Solutions Engineers for the business.

This is the opportunity to shape the UAE team, engage directly with end customers whilst leading technical conversations around customer success and product delivery.

You'll combine hands-on engineering with pre-sales and integration ownership, ensuring our client's AI solutions are implemented effectively and meet their customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own technical discussions with clients: architecture, security, and solution design
• Build and ship integrations, APIs, and AI-powered solutions
• Support sales with demos, POCs, and technical guidance
• Act as a lead in a small, high-performing technical team
• Manage end-to-end customer integrations: scoping, deployment, and validation
• Translate client feedback into product improvements and represent local needs to global teams
• Act as the primary technical contact for escalations and partnerships

Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience across SW Engineering / AI Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• Strong backend development skills (TypeScript, Node.js, Python)
• Experienced with APIs, system integrations, and microservices
• Cloud and DevOps knowledge (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Database experience (SQL/NoSQL) and familiarity with data pipelines
• Monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Previous roles where solution engineering played a key role
• Experience with conversational AI / LLMs is a massive plus
• Fluency in Arabic is ideal, but not essential
