SAP Project Manager – Freelance (Brussels)

A customer of ours in the Chemistry Industry is looking for an SAP Manager in Brussels, Belgium. The customer offers services in basic chemicals and performance chemicals in various sectors and is looking for a Senior SAP Profile with good knowledge around managing master data flows, configuration, SAP financials and reporting to aid their organization, both in Belgium and abroad.

Role:

• Oversee the entire SAP migration project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with the customer's global requirements and timelines.
• Use SAP configuration and finance principles to guide the configuration team, ensuring integration of financial processes with other modules and alignment with industry best practices.
• Ensure all processes meet chemical regulatory requirements and are compliant with relevant environmental, safety and health standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map existing business processes onto SAP systems, oversee and support operations to guarantee stability and consistency across all systems.
• Spearhead the development of reporting and analytics capabilities within SAP, enabling our customer to gain insights into their logistics performance and make decisions to improve operations.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years as an SAP Project Manager
• Good knowledge of a broad set of SAP modules
• Background within IT, to aid with debugging, bottlenecks etc.
