Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production use.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate ML models into applications and platforms.
- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Build and maintain ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment (using tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
- Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.
- Develop and integrate AI APIs and frameworks (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI).
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain code quality.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in AI/ML.
- 0–8 years of professional experience in AI/ML development or related roles.
- Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R, and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools is a plus.
- Experience in building REST APIs or integrating models into web applications is desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have valid work authorization in the UK (valid visa).
