About The Role

We are seeking passionate and skilled AI/ML Developers to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, data science, and software engineering, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions across various business domains.

This role offers opportunities for both junior and experienced developers, with responsibilities and projects tailored to your experience level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production use.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate ML models into applications and platforms.
  • Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Build and maintain ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment (using tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
  • Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.
  • Develop and integrate AI APIs and frameworks (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI).
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain code quality.
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in AI/ML.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–8 years of professional experience in AI/ML development or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R, and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools is a plus.
  • Experience in building REST APIs or integrating models into web applications is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must have valid work authorization in the UK (valid visa).
