Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at NOMINIS, you will be on the front line of our growth — identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.

You’ll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing the sales pipeline by connecting with financial institutions, compliance teams, government agencies, and Web3 enterprises that can benefit from NOMINIS’s blockchain intelligence solutions.

This is an ideal role for someone who is intellectually curious about blockchain, passionate about financial crime prevention, and eager to develop a career in high-impact B2B sales.


Key Responsibilities


Prospects!

  • Research, identify, and engage potential clients through targeted outbound campaigns, social outreach, networking, and conferences.
  • Participate in different conferences across the world at least once a month
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with NOMINIS’s ideal customer profile.
  • Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality opportunities for Account Executives.


Engage with Insights

  • Understand the blockchain and compliance landscape to communicate NOMINIS’s value proposition effectively.
  • Initiate conversations that uncover client pain points around AML compliance, risk management, and blockchain forensics.
  • Personalize outreach and messaging to decision-makers across compliance, risk, and innovation teams.


Measure and Improve

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline creation.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine outreach strategies.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven success in B2B prospecting or sales development in the blockchain sector.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, AML and KYC compliance, and financial crime prevention use cases.
  • Must be located in Europe.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, social selling, and CRM tools.
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
