We are looking for a Mid-Level/Senior Software Developer to work on the development of a large-scale project for a USA-based insurance platform that connects insurance companies, brokers, and users. This is a great opportunity to work on a complex, high-impact system that enhances insurance processes and user experience.

YOU WILL:

  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
  • Analyze, understand, and refine project requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
  • Ensure best coding practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.


What We Expect You Will Bring

  • At least 3+ year of experience with React and Typescript.
  • At least 4 years of overall programming experience.
  • Experience with Go/Python is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills in Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

For this role, we offer a NETO (after taxes) salary range of 2000 - 3000 Eur for a mid-level developer and 3000 - 4000 Eur for a senior developer. The final salary agreement is based on skills and experience.
