We’re looking for an IT Project Manager (Cyber Security/IT Risk) (m/f) to join our client in the banking sector.

Location: Luxembourg

Mode: On-site with teleworking flexibility after the first 3 months.

Contract: CDI (open for permanent employees and/or freelancers)

Language requirement: Fluent French & English.

Salary: To be discussed.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience within Insurance industry is preferred.
• Standards & Processes: Knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST Matrix), DORA regulation, and experience in evidence auditing.
• Technical: Understanding of IT infrastructures and Cybersecurity products such as Guardium, Varonis, Splunk, CyberArk, IAM, Nexus, OWASP.
• Functional: Familiarity with insurance processes, contracts, and AML requirements.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English.
• Other: Strong autonomy, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper execution of projects in alignment with Group governance and cybersecurity requirements.
• Coordinate with the Security Project Director and other corporate stakeholders to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
• Translate technical descriptions of Cyber program instances into clear, actionable information for contributors.
• Plan and coordinate the 2026 instance roadmap with contributing teams, ensuring their capacity to meet deadlines.
• Audit all evidence provided by contributors and verify compliance with Group requirements and Cyber standards.
• Propose a suitable project organization structure and have it validated by management.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule using the Clarity tool.
• Organize and facilitate Project and Steering Committees, prepare minutes and reports, and ensure proper follow-up.
• Lead workshops and coordinate business requirements gathering, execution tracking, and deliverable validation.
• Maintain effective communication across all involved teams and departments, serving as a key point of contact.
• Support project implementation and monitoring throughout all phases.
