Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Wilayat Muscat. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Key daily tasks include supporting HR management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, handling employee relations, and managing various HR operations to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, policies, and procedures
• Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledgeable in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting and adapt to dynamic environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 Years of experience
