🚀 On-Site Support Engineer

📍Zurich

We are partnering with a leading global technology provider to hire an On-site Technical Support Engineer. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative environment supporting critical infrastructure.



The Role

  • Be the primary technical contact for the client on-site.
  • Monitor and maintain systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating where needed.
  • Manage incidents within defined SLAs and document resolutions.
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Collaborate on system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Share knowledge and conduct training with client technical staff.



What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Device Deployment, and AV troubleshooting.
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support within financial services or similar high-pressure environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adaptable and client-focused.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and travel as part of a global team.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCSA are a plus but not essential.
