Job Description
Experience Required:
- 1 – 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency or related field.
- Bachelors/ Master’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand tonality.
- Present finalized ideas and concepts to the internal teams and clients.
- Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in design and advertising.
- Being a part of all client meetings and communicating with internal teams to discuss the business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
- Interpret the client's business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose.
- Obtain approval of the concepts by submitting rough layouts and sketches.
- Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
- Maintaining necessary design trackers to track their work and ensuring as per scope we are delivering from the design front.
Skills Required:
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent design and artistic abilities.
- Knowledge of any other Software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. would be a great add-on.
- Great time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
