We are looking for a Product MarTech Workstream Lead to support a large-scale omnichannel marketing transformation within the retail industry. The role focuses on coordinating MarTech delivery across multiple product and engineering teams - ensuring technology, data, and marketing operations are fully aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of experience within marketing technology (MarTech / AdTech) and a proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional deliveries in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead MarTech product deliveries across product, engineering, and data teams within the global marketing technology landscape.
- Own and maintain the MarTech roadmap and milestone plan, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall program goals.
- Identify dependencies, manage risks, and ensure timely execution across multiple delivery teams.
- Represent MarTech in governance and program management forums.
- Manage and coordinate external platform vendors and implementation partners.
- Support onboarding, training, and hypercare of new platforms.
- Align technology rollout with new operating model processes and business transformation.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience within MarTech / AdTech programs or enterprise marketing technology implementations.
- Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), marketing automation, campaign orchestration, and performance analytics tools.
- Background in program or project management with focus on cross-team coordination and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience with data integration, governance, consent management, and measurement frameworks.
- Familiarity with omnichannel marketing concepts and enterprise architecture.
- Skilled in structured planning, issue/risk management, and dependency tracking.
- Proven ability to collaborate across marketing, data, and engineering domains.
- Experience managing external partners and vendors in implementation projects.
