Are you looking for your first job in UX/UI? Do you want to develop your skills and gain experience in a friendly, supportive environment? Perfect! We are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer who is eager to grow under the guidance of an experienced team and work on projects that make a real impact on users.
We don’t require years of experience – what matters to us is your passion, creativity, and willingness to learn. If you have a basic understanding of UX/UI, some initial projects in your portfolio, and an open mind for new challenges, this could be the perfect role for you!
YOU WILL
- Work on pages and components for the Client homepage, marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and development leads to define product strategy, requirements, and priorities.
- Work closely with the global UX team to review concepts, evolve processes, and ensure design consistency.
- Support research activities, including usability testing and user interviews, to better understand user needs.
- Use industry-standard tools to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that clearly communicate design intent.
- Contribute to the Client’s design system and help evolve visual and interaction standards.
MUST HAVE
- Ability to clearly explain and justify your design decisions to stakeholders, developers, and other team members.
- Very good knowledge of Figma (required).
- Self-starter attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
NICE TO HAVE
- Previous internship or project experience related to UX/UI.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with accessibility or responsive design principles.
