eNGINE is hiring a Business Intelligence Engineer to transform data into insights that drive business strategy and growth. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and providing stakeholders with actionable intelligence to guide decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various internal and external sources to identify key business trends, patterns, and performance indicators.
  • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data models to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and data science teams to define business objectives, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct thorough data quality testing and validation to ensure integrity, consistency, and reliability across all data sets.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, strategic recommendations and present them through compelling data visualizations and presentations.
  • Partner with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic optimization.
  • Ensure alignment between product requirements, data testing, and BI deliverables to maintain accuracy and business relevance.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data validation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business language.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Agile or cross-functional product development environments.
  • Experience collaborating with product owners or business stakeholders to define data-driven requirements.


Technical Proficiency

  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite
  • (Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.)
