About The Role

Fabletics is seeking a talented UI Designer II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting a world-class shopping experience that resonates with our diverse customer base. Collaborating closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, software engineers, and stakeholders, you will translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital interfaces across multiple platforms including mobile, tablet, and desktop. Your expertise will help shape the look, feel, and functionality of our digital products, ensuring consistency, usability, and aesthetic excellence. Reporting to the Senior Manager of UX/UI Design, you will have the opportunity to influence the design direction and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in user experience and UI design, including native app experience
• Bachelor’s degree in user experience design, interaction design, visual design, or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and capabilities
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
• Experience designing across multiple devices and screen sizes
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, visual and interaction design, and information architecture
• Ability to lead all phases of the design process from conceptual sketches to detailed pixel-perfect comps
• Knowledge of industry best practices, data-driven design, and research methodologies
• Experience working within an agile development environment
• Ability to contribute to and define component-based design systems
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, UX teams, developers, and stakeholders to conceptualize and design intuitive experiences for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms
• Develop and maintain interactive wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed specifications to support product development
• Analyze user interface challenges and create innovative design solutions that meet user needs and achieve business objectives
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from shoppers and retail associates to inform design improvements
• Participate in ideation sessions and contribute to scoping new products and features
• Clearly communicate design rationale and seek iterative feedback throughout the project lifecycle
• Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs
• Maintain consistency and adherence to design standards across all Fabletics platforms and brands
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design quality
