As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to help us grow smarter and faster — leading our global hiring efforts and taking recruitment automation, analytics, and candidate experience to the next level.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team — setting goals, metrics, and growth paths.
• Partner with hiring managers and C-level leaders to plan and execute hiring strategies.
• Drive process efficiency through automation, analytics, and ATS optimization (we love clean workflows and smart dashboards).
• Ensure outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Analyze funnel data and continuously improve conversion and time-to-hire.
• Collaborate with HR Ops and Employer Branding to keep our hiring journey seamless and consistent.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, including 1–2 years in a team lead or senior lead role.
• Proven track record in hiring for tech / product / data roles.
• Experience in iGaming, betting, or fintech is a strong plus.
• Data-driven mindset and hands-on experience with ATS automation and reporting.
• Confident communicator who can partner and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Calm, structured, and focused under pressure.
• Fluent English (Russian, Ukrainian is a plus)
