Join our team and play a crucial role in assisting customers throughout the IP management lifecycle. As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions, evaluate potential and current customers, and contribute to improving processes and customer experience at IPXO.

The platform supports all five RIRs and provides integrated solutions for technical management, security, and compliance.

In This Position You Will

  • Assist customers during all IP management lifecycle
  • Evaluate our potential and current customers in accordance with internal guidelines and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions for IPXO customers and partners
  • Improve and create external and internal knowledge bases
  • Participate in improving processes and shaping customer experience at IPXO

We Expect That You Have

  • Customer service experience in a tech company
  • Interest in technology
  • Understanding of IP reputation management and cybersecurity
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in a relevant field)
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, with a strong analytical thinking mindset
  • "Can do!" attitude, willing to learn and accept feedback
  • Quick-learner and team-player perspective
  • Good time-management and organizational skills
  • Capability to work in shifts (8:00 – 17:00, 13:00 – 22:00) and weekends (every third weekend)
