Security Manager - Germany, Frankfurt - 12 Month Contract

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the on-site security vendor, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Implement and oversee the site-wide security plan.
• Monitor and manage static guarding operations, ensuring coverage and compliance.
• Provide weekly reporting on security performance, incidents, and trends.
• Analyse threats, incidents, and vulnerabilities; recommend mitigation strategies.
  
  

What you'll need:

• Accredited security training (e.g., SIA equivalent, BA/Masters in Security Management, or similar).
• Strong understanding of critical infrastructure and guarding challenges.
• Experience working with or managing security vendors.
• Ability to guide and influence vendor teams
• German language skills are a bonus but not essential.
