Join our multidisciplinary team at our Amsterdam office and work on meaningful technology that makes an environmental impact.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Electronics Engineer to join our hardware team. You'll be responsible for designing, testing, and validating electronic circuits — from concept and PCB design to lab measurements and production. We're looking for a person with an R&D mindset, not afraid to solve hard challenges and is able to perform solid problem analysis based on scientific principles.

What you'll do

  • Design and simulate analog and mixed-signal circuits (amplifiers, oscillators, sensor interfaces, etc.)
  • Lead PCB layout, assembly, and bring-up for high-frequency applications
  • Perform lab measurements, debugging, and data analysis
  • Drive validation, documentation, and design improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready hardware

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or similar
  • Strong fundamentals in analog circuit design
  • Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB tools (e.g. KiCad, Altium)
  • Experience with lab instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply)
  • Experience with circuit simulation (SPICE, LTSpice, etc.)
  • Proficiency in embedded programming (Python, C)
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about practical problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with high-frequency PCB design and layout techniques
  • 3 years of experience with high frequency technology PCB Design
  • Experience with FDR (Frequency Domain Reflectometry)
  • Experience with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzer, VNA)
  • Previous experience in IoT or sensor development
  • Familiarity with EMC/EMI design considerations
  • Experience bringing products from prototype to production

Join our hardware team and take ownership of circuit designs from concept through production. You'll collaborate closely with firmware, data, and field teams to solve real-world sensing challenges. If you're excited about applying solid engineering fundamentals to meaningful problems in agriculture and sustainability, we'd love to hear from you!
