About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Developer to join our expanding team at Enhanced Payment Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both backend and frontend development, with proficiency in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and version control systems like Git. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging from API development and integration to frontend enhancements, either independently or collaboratively within a team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing scalable, efficient, and secure payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with PHP development, ideally in a professional setting
• Strong expertise in the Laravel framework
• Proficiency in JavaScript, with experience in frameworks such as Vue.js or React being a plus
• Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly MySQL
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git, and best practices in code management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a team
• Experience working on API development and integrations is preferred
• Knowledge of the payments industry or familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations is a bonus

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using PHP and Laravel to support payment processing applications
