Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial systems to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements to support the development and enhancement of financial systems and processes. The position will require a hands-on approach to data analysis, process mapping, and requirements definition, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable outcomes.

You will be working in a highly collaborative environment, managing multiple workstreams, and supporting activities related to data matching, merging, and validation to ensure system integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business and data analysis to support financial systems and related projects.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
• Support initiatives involving data matching, merging, and reconciliation.
• Analyse and map existing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation or automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives.
• Contribute to testing, implementation, and post-deployment review processes.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial systems or services.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reconciliation, and process mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
