Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator on a long term freelance mission to support a series of enterprise IT initiatives within a highly regulated technical environment. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional IT, engineering teams.

This is an on-site role within a complex operational setting, ideal for a detail-oriented coordinator who can manage documentation, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and technical task follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of multiple IT infrastructure and systems projects end-to-end
• Coordinate daily project activities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones
• Facilitate project meetings and produce high-quality minutes, actions, and follow-up
• Maintain all project documentation, reporting dashboards, and governance artefacts
• Work closely with engineering and IT teams to ensure task progress
• Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and project budgeting processes
• Ensure compliance with internal quality, audit, and regulatory standards
• Support new system rollouts, configuration tracking, and change control activities
• Escalate operational or technical blockers to project management promptly
