Senior Business Analyst – Identity and Access Management (Contract)

A leading Swiss bank is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major initiative around digital customer login and Identity and Access Management.

What you’ll do:

• Develop IAM concepts and strategies for the customer-facing digital interface

• Analyse and optimise existing security processes

• Translate requirements into clear concepts and ensure successful implementation

• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders

• Work within a conceptual team and DevOps team in a Scrum environment

What you bring:

• 5–8 years experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong background in IAM for digital channels

• Solid understanding of authentication including OIDC or OAuth

• Experience designing and implementing security solutions in customer-facing environments

• German C2
