We are seeking a technically strong Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new Pricing and Scoring Tool initiative in collaboration with the Underwriting team.
The Role
This is a key delivery position responsible for driving forward the plan, roadmap, and execution of a technically complex project. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology — ensuring timelines are met, risks are managed, and all stakeholders remain aligned.
You will bring structure, pace, and accountability to the programme, managing multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence from inception through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Pricing & Scoring Tool project.
- Oversee planning, risk management, timelines, and key delivery milestones.
- Partner with the Underwriting team to ensure business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
- Provide clear and consistent communication and stakeholder management across all teams.
- Maintain project governance and drive delivery momentum.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering technically focused projects.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of complex systems or analytical tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and challenge technical teams to ensure accountability and performance.
- Strong planning, delivery, and risk management capability.
- A proactive, delivery-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
