Security Architect

We are supporting a major national player in Luxembourg in strengthening its Cybersecurity Architecture team.

We are looking for a Security Architect capable of combining technical authority, hands-on implementation, and presales advisory to design, validate, and evolve secure architectures across complex information systems.

Your Responsibilities

Architecture & Security Strategy

-Define and drive the security architecture strategy across enterprise and client environments

-Develop and maintain reference architecture models

-Review existing architectures, identify security gaps, and recommend improvements

-Coordinate security validation and testing activities

Design & Technical Expertise

-Support technical design and integration of new systems and services

-Define configuration standards, architecture requirements, and integration guidelines

-Evaluate and benchmark security solutions (PoC, lab testing)

Security Technologies & Domains

We are looking for strong expertise in at least one of these core areas:

-Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, M365)

-Network Security (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point)

-WAF / Load Balancing (F5 ASM / LTM)

-PKI, Encryption, DLP, IAM/PAM

-SIEM / Detection (Splunk, Sentinel)

-OT/ICS Security (nice-to-have)

Advisory & Presales

-Support technical responses in RFPs, proposals, and client presentations

-Deliver architecture workshops and technical training for clients or internal teams

-Contribute to vendor evaluations from a cybersecurity perspective

Your Profile

-Master’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, telecoms, or equivalent experience

-Strong security mindset and knowledge of risk frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, NIS2)

-Confirmed experience as Security Architect or Senior Security Engineer

-Excellent communication: able to defend solutions, explain choices, and lead workshops

-Strong writing skills: architecture documents, gap analysis, design guidelines

-Fluent in French and English (German or Luxembourgish are assets)

-Curious, proactive, and eager to deepen skills in new cybersecurity domains
