Project description 📝

We will be establishing new product teams to develop AI-focused products. These teams will require AI engineers and data scientists.

About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate all technical and business integrations required for the launch of Teacher and Student Assistant products. You will report directly to Senior Director, Data & AI and will be responsible for ensuring speed and efficiency in delivering integrations across multiple systems, while working in close collaboration with Product Manager. The ideal candidate will proactively manage dependencies, push internal teams for timely execution, identify quick wins, and escalate risks early. Secondary responsibility includes supporting coordination for other streams of the product launch.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Leadership

• Drive end-to-end integration planning and execution across internal and external systems.
• Define integration approaches, prioritize quick wins, and propose simplified solutions to accelerate delivery.
  
  

Cross-Team Coordination

• Align with internal teams (Platform, Product, Enterprise IT, OpCos) and external partners to resolve dependencies.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical leads and business stakeholders.
  
  

Risk & Progress Management

• Monitor integration progress, report status to leadership, and escalate risks promptly.
• Maintain clear documentation of dependencies and mitigation plans.
  
  

Technical Integration Oversight:

• Coordinate integrations for:
• Content Access
• Platform Services (AI Gateway, TechOps)
• CIAM
• Order-to-Invoice
• National Education Data & Compliance Frameworks (e.g., Edu-V)
• Integration with Other Products
• Analytics (Product analytics, Learning analytics)
• And some others
• Support Broader Launch Activities:
• Assist with coordination for other product streams as a secondary priority.
  
  

Must-have requirements

✅Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

✅English proficiency: B2/C1 (both written and spoken communication).

✅Proven track record in project management for complex integrations across multiple systems.

✅Strong understanding of platform services, authentication, and API-based integrations.

✅Familiarity with education technology ecosystems is a plus.

✅Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

✅Experience working with AI products is a plus

✅Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✅Ability to prioritize speed and deliver quick wins under tight timelines.

✅Strong analytical and organizational skills.

✅Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
