Role Overview We’re seeking a Program Manager to deliver complex technology projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll partner with PMO, client and vendor teams, and C‑level stakeholders to define and execute implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams in delivering new and existing products/services
• Oversee installation, integration, and client acceptance of enterprise systems
• Provide strategic and advisory support to customers, ensuring quality service and performance
• Align teams to achieve end‑state solutions, advising on risks, trends, and opportunities
• Manage program budgets, resources, and dependencies with clear communication

Essential Requirements

• 12–15 years managing large, complex technology programs
• Strong experience with large‑scale hardware deployments
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
• Proven ability in program planning and senior stakeholder engagement
• Skilled at managing daily workflows to meet customer and departmental needs

Desirable

• PMI certification; Six Sigma experience
• Advanced knowledge of business/technology transformation programs
