Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Help the team understand and follow Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
• Remove basic obstacles or escalate blockers that slow down the team’s progress.
• Track sprint progress and maintain team artifacts such as the sprint board and burndown charts.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog organization, refinement sessions, and communication.
• Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.
