Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
- Help the team understand and follow Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
- Remove basic obstacles or escalate blockers that slow down the team’s progress.
- Track sprint progress and maintain team artifacts such as the sprint board and burndown charts.
- Support the Product Owner with backlog organization, refinement sessions, and communication.
- Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.
