Your new role

• Experience designing digital solutions that focus on how people interact with systems, including human workflows and technical workflows, preferably using human-centred design.
  
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information, make sound decisions, prepare clear reports and deliver practical, innovative solutions.
  
  
• Able to handle multiple complex tasks at the same time with minimal supervision, while maintaining a strong customer focus.
  
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and facilitation skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders to lead Human-Centred Design activities.
  
  
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  
• Extensive experience leading and supervising and managing a portfolio of projects.
