About the role

This role leads technology programs with a strong focus on change management and communications. It acts as the bridge connecting technical teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth technology adoption across the organization. The Program Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational readiness, deliver clear and compelling communication plans, and support the company’s strategic technology evolution. It is a high-visibility, fast-paced role with opportunities to shape frameworks and engage directly with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, defining scope, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business goals.

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, including impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to drive user adoption.

• Create and manage strategic communication plans, translating technical concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies while ensuring compliance with governance standards.

• Prepare and deliver program status reports, executive updates, and dashboards for transparency and stakeholder alignment.

Must have skills

• 7+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or projects.

• Strong background in organizational change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step).

• Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies for large-scale technology initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project).

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Change Management, or related field.

• Agile (4–6 years).

• Jira (7–9 years).

• Project Management (+10 years).

• Project Management Leadership (2–3 years).

• PROSCI certification (mandatory).

Nice to have skills

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CCMP, or (in addition to the required PROSCI).

• Experience in remote-first, dynamic environments.

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodologies.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise or technology-focused organizations.

• Strong emotional intelligence and experience leading through ambiguity and change.

• Risk Management (4–6 years).

Conditions

• Remote role with primary timezone UTC-5.

• Contractor role — 12-month contract, renewable.
