A rapidly scaling travel-tech company is expanding its QA function and hiring both Junior and Senior QA Engineers to support testing across web and mobile platforms. If you’re passionate about product quality, user experience, and working in a collaborative engineering environment, this is for you.

What You’ll Do (All Levels)

• Test mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications
• Write and execute test cases across UI/UX, functionality, and regression scenarios
• Log and track defects using Jira or similar tools
• Validate features across devices, browsers, and screen sizes
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and product teams throughout the development cycle
• Maintain clear documentation for test cases, bugs, and results

Junior QA Engineer – Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases for mobile and web
• Validate UI/UX flows and core functionality
• Reproduce, log, and retest bugs
• Perform regression and cross-browser testing
• Participate in stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
• Learn automation basics (Cypress, Selenium) for long-term growth

Requirements (Junior)

• 2+ years of manual testing experience
• Understanding of the testing lifecycle & bug reporting
• Experience testing web/mobile apps
• Familiar with Jira and documentation tools
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn automation

Senior QA Engineer – Key Responsibilities

• Own QA strategy, test planning, and release readiness for mobile and web
• Lead functional, regression, smoke, and compatibility testing
• Validate frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations
• Build & maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright)
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor junior QA engineers and review test documentation
• Provide quality dashboards and release reports to stakeholders
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive issue resolution

Requirements (Senior)

• 5+ years QA experience across mobile & web
• Strong manual + automation experience (UI & API testing)
• Proficient with Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright
• API testing using Postman/Swagger
• CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with TestRail/Xray/Zephyr & BrowserStack/Sauce Labs
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Arabic + English bilingual preferred (not required)
