Senior Program Manager

Exciting Opportunity (contract)

We are urgently looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee large-scale hardware programs on a contract basis. This role is full-time with an initial duration of at least 12 months.

Location preferences are in the UK or Norway, with extensive travel to Norway and occasional trips to Finland required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English

- Comfort in engaging with stakeholders up to C-level

- Proven experience in delivering results under tight deadlines

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and managing large-scale hardware programs and projects from initiation to delivery

- Engaging with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams

- Ensuring timely delivery of program milestones under pressure

- Coordinating resources and managing risks across multiple geographies

- Performing effectively under tight deadlines

- Willingness to travel extensively to Norway and occasionally to Finland

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus
