We are recruiting for our client, a fast-growing PropTech company on a mission to simplify the entire real estate transaction process through technology. Using advanced data science and a powerful ML-driven valuation system, they are building a digital-first platform for the massive US market.

Their Kraków office is a key technology hub, not a support center; the team here holds full responsibility for major products (like their mobile app) and tackles complex, high-impact challenges. You'll be joining a start-up atmosphere with a flat structure, where your work will be highly visible and directly contribute to the company's success.

For this client, we are looking for: Data Scientist

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and improve the home assessment process using 500+ property data points and millions of transactions.
• Build dashboards, metrics, and models to spot issues, automate workflows, and boost efficiency.
• Collaborate daily with teams across engineering, product, and operations to ensure data-driven improvements.
• Monitor model accuracy, conduct A/B tests, and report insights to leadership.
• Drive building evals for AI products
• Be a founding Data team member for Poland office and help drive data-led culture

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years experience in analytics or data science (Python, SQL, statistics).
• Prior work in tech, marketplace operations, or real estate preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate findings clearly.
