We are hiring a Full Stack Mobile Engineer who can own our mobile apps end to end:

• Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift)
• Plus the backend and APIs that power them

You will be the person who makes our operator apps feel instant, robust and delightful, for thousands of people collecting data in the real world.

• Design and build production grade Android apps in Kotlin
• Design and build production grade iOS apps in Swift
• Own the full lifecycle from prototype to Play Store and App Store
• Work on backend services that support the apps (for example Node, Python, Kotlin, Firebase or similar)
• Integrate with cameras, sensors and cloud storage for high bandwidth video data
• Ship fast, measure, iterate, and push fixes without drama
• Work directly with founders, engineers and real users, and see your work live in the field

• Strong experience shipping mobile apps in both Kotlin and Swift
• You have at least one serious app in production on Android and ideally also on iOS
• Comfortable working across the stack, from mobile UI to APIs, databases and deployment
• You prefer ownership over narrow tickets
• You are fast, practical and calm under uncertainty
• You enjoy going from zero to version one very quickly, then iterating based on real usage
• Nice to have: experience with video streaming, offline first apps, background uploads.
